1. The service
skinsvolt.com (“SkinsVolt”, “we”) buys and exchanges in-game items for CS2, Dota 2, TF2 and Rust through Steam trade offers. Operator: SkinsVolt. SkinsVolt is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), use your own Steam account and follow the Steam Subscriber Agreement. One person — one account. We may refuse or stop service at our discretion, for example to prevent fraud.
3. Prices
The price shown for an item is our offer. It is locked when the trade offer is sent and may change at any moment before that. If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we may correct it or cancel the deal before payout.
4. Official bots and your responsibility
We send trade offers only from our official bots, and every offer contains the security code shown on the site. Check any offer on the Verify page before accepting. We are not responsible for items you send to accounts other than our official bots, for offers accepted outside skinsvolt.com, or for losses caused by phishing copies of our site, fake profiles or fake support. The only official address is skinsvolt.com. We will never ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard codes or API key.
5. Hold and payouts
For CS2 the money is credited to your balance after Steam’s 8-day Trade Protection ends. For Dota 2, TF2 and Rust it is credited right after you accept the offer, unless the site says otherwise. Withdrawals are checked and paid manually to the method you choose; for large amounts we may ask you to confirm your identity. A minimum withdrawal amount applies.
6. Reversed trades and fraud
If a trade is reversed, or items were obtained by fraud, theft or account hijacking, we cancel the related payout, may block the account and may share information with Valve and the authorities.
7. Trade (exchange)
In the Trade section you see the value of your items and of ours before sending. The difference is debited from or credited to your balance. If you give CS2 items, a credited difference becomes available after Trade Protection ends.
8. Promo codes
Promo-code conditions are shown in your profile. One code per account at a time. Abuse (multiple accounts, reversed trades) cancels the bonus.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for Steam outages, restrictions or bans imposed by Valve, or losses caused by your own actions. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected deal.
