Frequently asked questions
How do I sell my CS2 skins for real money?
Sign in with Steam, add your trade URL in your profile, pick the items and press Sell. Our bot sends a trade offer with a security code — accept it in Steam. The money goes to your SkinsVolt balance instantly.
How much will I get for my items?
Prices follow the live market and are updated every 15 minutes. The price shown on each item is exactly what you get, and it is locked when the trade offer is sent.
When do I get paid?
Instantly: the money is credited to your balance right after you accept the trade. For CS2 it is shown as on hold, with a countdown, during Steam’s 8-day trade protection; Dota 2, TF2 and Rust have no hold.
Is it safe? How do I know the bot is real?
Every trade offer contains a security code that is also shown on the site, and you can check any bot or offer on the Verify page. We never ask for your password, Steam Guard codes or API key. Never accept offers from accounts that are not shown on the site.
Why is my item not accepted?
We don’t accept very cheap items, items with almost no sales, items that are still trade-locked, or items from a private inventory. Make your inventory public in Steam privacy settings and refresh.
