1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Your SteamID64, public Steam name and avatar, trade URL, public inventory, your deals, balance and withdrawal details you enter (for example email, IBAN or wallet address), IP address, browser information and a log of actions on the site.
3. Why
To provide the service (contract), to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest) and to meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell your data.
4. How long
Page-view logs — 30 days, other activity logs — 180 days. Financial records (deals, payouts) are kept as long as tax law requires, up to 10 years.
5. Who we share with
Valve/Steam (to execute trades), payment providers (to pay you), our hosting provider and, if enabled, the live-chat provider. Only what is needed for each purpose.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your language and display settings — they are always on. Only if you press “Accept all” do we also use a first-party visitor cookie for visit statistics and load the live chat, which sets its own cookies. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing — write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
